Thrilled to be launching this donation-based 4 week Pilates challenge in collaboration with Omega Hub Studios- it is the perfect motivation to stick to a fitness plan during this time of self-isolation! Pilates is highly beneficial for many reasons whilst stuck at home- stretching the muscles that have tightened up from lack of movement or hunching over an unsuitable home working setup, easing lower back pain and also tightening those core muscles if you've been snacking more than usual.
From next week starting on Tuesday 14th April, I will be teaching twice weekly classes at 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a month, donation-based so just pay what you feel!
